You can also use Ctrl + F8 to switch between open perspectives.  Hold down 
Ctrl and Press F8 (continue holding down Ctrl).  This brings up a list of 
the open perspectives.  Pressing F8 will cycle through the list.  Let go 
of the Ctrl key when you get to the one you want.

You can use Ctrl + F6 and Ctrl + F7 to switch between open editors and 
views in a similar fashion.

Ewout,

You can increase the size of the tab that contains the active 
perspectives by dragging the left side to the left. Then you can see all 
active perspectives.
