Running RSE in disconnected environment -- WDSCI-L

Using Remote System Explorer when disconnected from the network, I get a
pop-up window prompting for the remote system connection or a window
prompting for the iSeries password every time I hit the enter key.  I reply
'cancel'.  In the past I've worked disconnected and didn't have this
problem.  I assume this is some preference setting but I'm not seeing it.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
