extract files should be in org.vssplugin_<version> folder.  What unzip
porgram are you using?


I am using WinZip. Per Mike's suggestion, I created a folder with the same 
name as the zip file (without the .zip extension) and extracted to there. I 
restarted WDSC and I do see the plug-in in the list of available.
