CPFI9812E File QSQLTEMP1 in library QTEMP not found

I receive this error when I double click a message (in iSeries Error
List) from a compile of a SQLRPGLE source member.  I found it discussed
in the archives but there was no solution.  Has there been any progress?

I tried changing the "Compile in batch" setting as suggested but that
did not solve the problem.  When I double clicked the error in my
iSeries Error List I received an "EVFF5033I: Member x in file QSQLTEMP1
can not be opened. The member is from the QTEMP library." error.
