WDSc Lite install problem -- WDSCI-L

Hello,

Following an install of WDSc 6.0 and then subsequent update to RPU, RWD and 
WDSc to 6.0.1 and then the install of the iFix pack to 6.0.1.1, all was going 
well.  I was signed on as the Administrator and all components were working.

However after logging off the administrator and on as the user of the pc, the 
WDSc Lite technology preview has disappeared when trying to invoke it via 
Start>Programs>IBM Rational>???

Why is this and how can I correct it.  Any ideas?
