Re: Rational Product Updater with proxy - Unsolvable?

I have asked similar questions but with no response.  I can get all updates
at work though our firewall, but there is one update I can't get at home
where there is no firewall.

One, perhaps obvious, question.  Do you have a httpProxy.properties file or
do you have a httpProxy.properties.txt file?  If you created it with notepad
you may have the latter.

I recently installed WDSCi 6, but have problems with the Product
Updater.
When I click the Find Updates button, I get messages: Invalid update
site
for IBM Rational Product Updater 6.0.0.4: httpwww3 ...... for all 3
sites.
As explained in Help I created the file httpProxy.properties in the
directory C:\Program
Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\updater\eclipse\configuration, for we use
a
proxy, but that didn't make a change
