Lucida Sans Typewriter is also a good choice. (IMHO--your mileage may vary.)

I also use it in Client Access--it scales better when looking at spool files
on a 130 wide screen.

One that I find is very space conscious and fits well on the page is
Lucida
Console 8. Just the right amount of spacing between lines of code
