Usually one is open for editing, and the rest are ususally open for browsing. Sometimes the tab for a member contains an asterisk, and other times it doesn't. I don't see a consistent pattern in this. Can there be a method of enhancing this? Could the pencil icon be used only for those that are open for edit? And those open for browsing not show the pencil?
