Nazmin, Can you give us a shortcut key for this action or is this "Close View" a named action that we can attach to a user key action? I do find it annoying to have to reach for the mouse. Also, it would be nice to have the option to default the Open View to horizontal instead of always vertical. Kind regards, Brian On 5/22/06, Nazmin Haji <haji@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
Rob, Ctrl-2 will keep on creating a new split to a maximum of 5 views of the same source. The first view of the source opened in editor is classified as primary view and this cannot be closed unless all the secondary views are closed also. To close the secondary view, right click on the editor, choose View->Close view. Please respond to Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries <wdsci-l@midrange .com> How does one undo the split created by Ctrl-2? Tried a second Ctrl-2, but that opened up yet another split.
