Hi Mark, Under Windows->Preferences->LPEX Editor->Compare You will find the following options: - Ignore Case - Ignore leading/trailing blanks - Ignore all blanks - Ignore sequence numbers - Ignore comments and there is an option for restricting columns when comparing.
