Not really - I haven't had the problem, just thought I'd try and help 
while
the Yanks are asleep!

I would guess the problem is either in the toolbox or in the way the 
iSeries
is handling the QZDASOINIT jobs, whichever is creating the user space.
Either way if you have a support contract it might be worth giving IBM a
call.
