I have downloaded this fixpack to my local machine and now I am
attempting to apply the update - but it keeps getting stuck at the
"Initializing workbench" stage and doesn't continue.  This is my 2nd
attempt - I left it running all weekend with the hopes that it would
finish by Monday, but it didn't; I had to cancel the job.  Now I am
trying again and it is stuck at the same point.

Can anyone give me any ideas?
