Thanks for the information on the configuration folder.  I ended up moving
the configuration folder to a new location, then starting WDSc again, which
solved my colorization problem.  I then copied the config.ini file back into
the newly-created configuration folder so that the splash screen would again
appear (among other things).

I only have one iSeries to connect to and use WDSc predominantly for iSeries
coding (RPGLE, CLLE, etc.), so having to retype the one password wasn't too
much of a strain (on my fingers...my mind, well that's another story  ;-)
).
