It's very simple.  I do it all the time.

Want to know how?

Use the SEU command area.  Put 'rr1' in the first and last lines you want
formated.  Press ENTER.  Viola.

Caveats:

1) Comments have to be moved back left 1 position.

2) Turn off syntax checking first or you'll be sorry.  Takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r
with syntax checking on.
