I went to the URL you provided, I see
 updater.IES.win32.common.3022_1.0.0
 updater.IES.win32.common.3022_1.0.0.jar 

As I understand your message, all I need is the .jar file.

Where do I put it on my local mirror?  I don't currently have a
directory named updater.IES.<anything>.  Do I need to create a directory
named updater.IES.win32.common.3022_1.0.0 to stick the jay into?
