Thanks, no. I went through this process when I first installed WDSc V6 and I can successfully select Code Designer for a dspf from filters and table views in the "RSE Perspective". It's only when I am in the "iSeries Project Perspective" where I have to select the dspf I want to work with from the "Project Navigator" pane that Code Designer is not displayed as a choice. It seems that Eclipse doesn't want to offer it in every case, even though I have set it up in "Preferences". The only messages I found in the archive were posted back in 2003. One of them noted that someone at IBM would look at this to be fixed in a later version. You have to add the option manually now. -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Weber, Richard Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2006 10:22 AM To: 'Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries' Subject: [WDSCI-L] Code Designer and iSeries Project Navagator We are just getting started using Clearcase and the iSeries Project Perspective. I have created a new project and placed 2 display files in it. I would like to edit the screen using Code Designer, but when I right click on the dspf in the iSeries Project Navigator pane and select "Open With", Code Designer is not among the choices like it is when I'm in the RSE Perspective. I can't seem to find anything in Preferences.
