Please recall that IBM has stated that it will no longer distribute Tomcat as a native application server. I believe the official statement is that customers who wish to run Tomcat will need to download an iSeries distribution and install it themselves.... Probably not a show stopper, but IBM won't be able to support you if you have problems.
