This morning will be spent doing a complete reinstall of WDSc. As I
reported earlier I couldn't get it to recognize updates. It kept showing an
"old" list of updates associated with a CD I didn't even have in the
machine. Hmmm - there's a "Clean Up" button - that may help - thinks I.

Not that kind of clean up! What it appears to have done is removed large
chunks of the iSeries stuff - not just old bits as it said it would. As a
result when WDSc loads it errors during the workbench build and there are no
iSeries features available. Tried creating a new workspace ... Nada ... It
doesn't help.

So - I'm not looking for a fix - the install will waste enough of my day! -
but just a warning to others to not push that button!
