One of the other benefits of developing RPG using WDSC is that its not such
a big leap when you want to start coding Java, JSP, HTML, PHP etc, as you
will be using the same IDE.

You start off with RPG using WDSC, but as you get more comfortable with the
IDE, is an easy switch to start doing small java programs, then java webs
apps running out of the included websphere test environment, then web
services etc, all in the same IDE

Thats the way I went anyway!
