Well I have cured my issue. I went into the preferences and cleared all the caches I could find. Under Window, Preferences, Remote Systems, File Cache and also Window, Preferences, Remote Systems, iSeries, Cache members now open as expected. Thanks for the suggestions! -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Violaine Batthish Sent: Thursday, February 23, 2006 2:59 PM To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RSEF1002E when trying to open a particular RPGLE source member Hey Paul, In these cases, its more informative to see what is in your .log file in the .metadata folder in your workspace. If you would send me the log file at batthish@xxxxxxxxxx I will investigate the issue. thanks, Violaine Batthish WebSphere Development Studio Client, IBM Toronto Lab You know you've achieved perfection in design, not when you have nothing more to add, but when you have nothing more to take away. - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote on 02/23/2006 05:22:46 PM: > I have a couple of members in my QRPGLESRC member that I cannot open with > WDSC 6.0.1 Remote Systems LPEX Editor. > > The dialog box pops up with "RSEF1002E Operation failed.
