New to this.

HI I just installed 6.0 today. I have not really used any prev. versions.

I want first of all, to do something cool. What are some typical benefits
you have over the old PDM?

More importantly, I have a task that I would do at this time, but is there
a way to do this so as to make the tool really shine.

I have to learn a certain process. It involves basically, a few CL's,
RPG's, files, an old fashioned type of app. I thought to put everything
that happens
into some type of chart of flowchart but initially want to have a list
of the CL, what it calls, what happens in the CL, etc...

How if in any way, is this tool going to make this task easie/better?

I am also interested in purchasing any books that would help me. I have no
idea which book is best for this. Is a Version 4 book on sale, worth
getting?
