ISeries Table View error -- WDSCI-L

I have just upgraded to 6.0.1 Rational, and now, when I do   Show in Table, and 
 I click on a program through the ISeries Table View, I get the following error:
 
RSEF1002E
Operation failed.  File system input or output error
Message reported from file system: java.lang.NullPointerException
