I'll let you know once the updates are finished.  Man, it's been 
downloading a ton of updates and taxing the system.  I've been pretty much 
3 or 4 hours now between the install and updates.

Ron,

let me know how you find the performance.

I found it to be dreadful, it was whacking my PC so much I had to 
uninstall
it and go back to 5.1.2.

Ill give it another try once there have been a few updates
