Ron, do y'all have a support contract? If so, call 'em - that's the best way to get help quickly. Although some IBMer's watch this list, it is not the official channel. And IBM support is really the best. Once you get past the folks answering the phone - see the next paragraph.

You could also submit a PMR over the internet - very nice, as you don't break your neck holding the phone. And you can put the log into the record yourself. Go to

http://www.iseries.ibm.com/support

and follow the link to the new site, then look for the "problem reporting" stuff.

Whenever I start up WDSC I keep getting an error when I try to connect to
our AS/400 via remote systems explorer.
