FWIW: I recently uninstalled MacAfee and free Zone Alarm and replaced then with PC-Cillin. Last evening I managed to connect successfully and get all the latest updates. (Took a long time using a wireless connection to a cable modem--went to bed after 2 hours and left it running.)

Not sure what made the difference, because previously I had shut down both MacAfee and Zone Alarm and still had problems.

com.ibm.orca.product.updater_6.0.1.0h.zip
