Thanks for everyone for their suggestion. I truly
agree memory and HD speed are of prime concern. But I
cannot use AMD proc, due to the fact that IBM
cloudscape suggestion is INTEL. Since I plan to beef
up the machine, I am thinking of going P4 (>3GHZ) with
a 533 MHZ FSB. 

I really appreciate to all you for your suggestion and
remarks.
