Editting sql run statements

How do I get syntax checking for SQL statements?  I will be using a member 
in a source file to do RUNSQLSTM against.  Be cool if I could hit F4 on 
one of the lines and get prompting.
CREATE TABLE ROB/TEST1
  (MYDATE DATE , 
   MYNBR INT NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (MYNBR))  ;
LABEL ON TABLE ROB/TEST1 IS 'Sample file';
...
