get a second screen and set it beside your other screen.  You may need
another video card, or not.  Its a simple thing to set up, and it will give
you surprising results if you've never done it before.

Just a point, that in LPEX you can edit both sides at the same time.
 
  I'm still learning about how to do it, mostly by accident it seems,
but you can click on a tab and drag it to the left and voila,
you have parallel windows with two source members - both editable -
unless you opened one for browse.
 
Works pretty good once I get the windows next to each other.  Now if I

I think it's an overstatement that "all" the features have been
absorbed.
Examples: 1) The compare function in CODE is still superior.  i.e., You
 
can edit either member.  2) There is no equivalent to the "Navigator"
window.
 
Until literally "all the features have been absorbed", I don't think
CODE400 can go away.
