IMHO, It's not so much a business decision as a developer decision. If a developer is more comfortable working in a green screen, they should use that. If they like graphical IDE's better, then WDSC is probably for them. There are pros and cons for using WDSC ... and forcing a developer to use one or the other is only going to generate bad feelings. It should be noted that the editor one uses to write code has no direct bearing on how good that code is. You can write absolutely beautiful, functional, and bug-free code using SEU ... and write horrid, buggy, broken code with WDSC <grin>. david
