Outline refresh ends WDSC 6.0.1

Build id: 20050725_1800

FYI: When doing an outline refresh on an SQLRPGLE member WDSCi ends. After
compiling the member I discovered the cause. I had two illegally named
datastructure subfileds, 2ndJi and 2ndCIC. After renaming these fields the
outline refresh worked correctly.

If any of the WDSC developers would like the logs/dumps contact me off line
and I can send them.
