CRTPRTF compile prompt -- WDSCI-L

I just noticed that when prompting CRTPRTF in RSE, and checking the 'All
Parameters' box, many of the keywords aren't displayed - one of them being
page size.  And no scroll bars are on the panel.

If I select Work with Compile Commands, and then prompt and check the All
Parameters box, all the keywords are displayed and scroll bars show up on
the panel.
