Sorry, but I've lost track of how you are installing.  I've installed the 
Quantum plug-in by simply unzipping it into the eclipse directory for WDSc.  On 
my system it is C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\eclipse.  You should have 
the following four folders in the PLUGINS directory when you get done.

com.quantum.dbunit_2.4.4
com.quantum.flatfiles_2.4.4
com.quantum.Quantum_2.4.5
com.quantum.torque_2.4.4

Thanks.  I have downloaded Quantum and attempted to follow the installation
instructions.  When I bring up the perspective list, it is not listed among
the "Other Perspectives" available.  I have read Jag's suggestion, but I
actually have work to do and don't have time to wait for the "thing" to scan
my entire iSeries database.
