Hi Robin,

Make sure you select the "XML Editor" and not the "XML Source Page 
Editor".  If you are editing DTDs then there is no design view anymore, it 
is effectively replaced with a beefed up properties view that you use in 
conjunction with the outline view (select the node in the outline view 
then changes the information in the properties view.)

Hi Mark and Don
Thanks for your emails! 
As Mark mentioned, once I got workbench capabilities setup properly, the 
XML editor does show up. However, when in resource view,  I right click 
and chose XML Editor for the XML I tried to edit, I could find design view 

and source view as used to be. Any ideas what I did wrong.
