Sep 29, 2005: Instructor Led Distance Learning over the Web 

This one-day web-based, instructor-led course will show you how to 
maintain RPG/COBOL applications using the Remote System Explorer (RSE) in 
the WebSphere Development Studio Client (WDSc) product. In the hands-on 
labs, you will learn how to start the product and open the Remote System 
Explorer perspective. You will use the tools and views in this perspective 
to connect to an iSeries system and edit, verify, compile, and debug RPG 
applications. Note that while the examples in the labs are RPG IV, the 
tool and techniques are applicable to COBOL as well as RPG applications. 

The instructor-led distance learning takes place during normal business 
hours in the U.S. Central time zone unless otherwise noted. Enrollment in 
this workshop is limited to two participants (i.e. two user ids) per ISV.
