Do you have the compilers installed and working on your iSeries? They are 
part of 5722-WDS (WebSphere Developement Studio). Execute DSPSFWRSC and see 
if it is there. Of course, you have it if you can use PDM.

Now, if you have 5722-WDS, you are entitled to the refresh to WDSC. I don't 
know how you get upgrades to your system, who your business partner 
"really" is, but they should be able to get this for you with no problem. 
There was a post here in the last month of so on ordering the refresh and 
what the feature code is.

You should not need to go through Passport Advantage at all, AFAIK.

Again, who do you contact for PTFs? Go to them for the refresh.
