WDSCI How do I get a copy/upgrade of V6.0

you can get this product if you have Passport Advantage.   We got our 
I-series through SSA and with that came v4.0 of WDSCi (that I could never 
get to work) and I have not understood if this was a trial copy or 
whatever. I had great difficulty getting V5.0 (that I did get to work ) 
and still am struggling to get V6.0.

 What is this  Passport Advantage, I thought if you paid your software 
maintenance and were entitiled to PTFs then you are also entitled to 
WDSCi, can someone help me on this, thanks.
