RE: Compile prompt for CRTDSPF-not all parms available

Dave, I experience the exact same behavior on V6.0.0.1.  Nothing happens
when I click on the "Advanced" checkbox.  If I check the "All
Parameters" checkbox, I at least get the IGCDTA and IGCEXNCHR, but I
cannot get the RSTDSP parameter (or indeed many other parameters,
including DFRWRT, WAITFILE, WAITRCD, DTAQ, and so on).

Something must have gotten broken in the prompting interface with WDSC
6, because it works fine in V5.1.2.5.
