You should be able to use the special values %ALL%, %LIBL% and so on for
your library name.  Check the following page at the bottom of the page:

You can add and remove library lists entries by using the CommandCall to
execute ADDLIBLE/RMVLIBLE or the ProgramCall to call a CL program to set
up your library list.
