Mark,

You could try entering the following at a command prompt while in the
install directory of the WDSc program:

wdsc -initialize {workspace}

For example:

C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Site Developer\v5.1.2>wdsc
-initialize "C:\Documents and Settings\PGMMJQ\My
Documents\IBM\wdsc\workspace"

You may need to tailor the program install directory and the workspace
directory depending on your installation. I've solved a lot of problems
using this technique (but not all). I got it when I made a SupportLine
call about some problems we were having.

subject: [WDSCI-L] WDSC Will not start

I'm having an issue with trying to start WDSC. Version is 5.1.2.5. When
I try to start the program, the banner will appear, for about two
seconds, disappear, then reappear. From there it just sits there.
Javaw.exe process runs to 99% and pretty much locks up the machine. I've
tried renaming the .config folder. Doesn't help. Any suggestions before
I have to reinstall this thing would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Mark
