Usually I'd say that Mark was off his nut about the WRKSPLF comment. However, in the not too distant past I had a WRKSPLF issue with IBM. Mainly with "Basic" assistance level. Steps to duplicate it were: Had a document on P01A14 on hold. Held out queue P01A14. With assistance level for wrksplf set to Basic, I took option "6" to release spool file. Got a message saying out queue is held and to use option 10. Took option 10 and things just hung up. Running in Intermediate level did not have this issue. After several MINUTES, (if the user didn't cancel their session) it freed up. Opened up pmr - working as designed. Opened up DCR - got a "tough $hit" response. Hopefully the plug in does not use the same api's that Basic assistance level does. Rob Berendt
