Help not available from menu

In WDSCi, when I select the menu Help, I get just five options: Welcome, 
Tips and Tricks, Cheat Sheets, Web Resources, and About WebSphere 
Development Studio Client for iSeries. There is no option Help Contents 
(or anything like that). I can use function key F1 to open the help 
system, but it seems strange to me that the help system cannot be opened 
from the menu Help.

I am at version 5.1.2.5, build id 20050622_0933.
