Problem starting WDSC - Required host servers are not started

When we try and start up WebSphere Development Studio Client for iSeries
Version: 5.1.2.5  we get the error message in the dialog box below.

Does anyone know why ???

This problem has only started during the last week - before that we never
had this problem.


After clicking on the WDSC icon, we get an in progress information window
it says :-


       "Connection to PAC400D (our Development machine)

      Initializing RSE Communications Server"

      but we get the error message below ??

      Does anyone know why ???

I then ran the commands as suggested in the dialog box above, but that did
not help.
