Error no longer propagated on save -- WDSCI-L

More strangeness from the land of WDSC.

All of a sudden WDSC has inexplicably changed behavior.  It has always
been that, if I coded an error in a Java source file and then saved the
file, that class, its package, and the package's project were all
instantly flagged in error.

Now, I have to specifically do a rebuild of the project (right-click,
Rebuild) to get that to occur.  Is this a setting somewhere?
