Errors in the QQFWFSVR and QQFVTSVR servers

We have been running Webfacing for a couple of months now. We have
intermittent problems with user browser sessions locking up or hanging and
we have to kill the AS400 job manually. We are on V5R3 and have the latest
Webfacing ptf's. I do see the following messages in the Webfacing server
and the Virtual Terminal server on the AS400:
QQFWFSVR
CPF87D2 Parameter value X'89D1CE863FF98000001000070000000040404040' not
valid.
CPF87D2 Parameter value X'89D1CE863FF98000001000070000000040404040' not
valid.

QQFVTSVR
CPD0011 Qualifier missing from qualified name 'QQFTEMP   '.

Does anyone know if there are some fixes that I am missing or could there
be something else to look at?

We also get the following message many times throughout the day: "CPD2638
Unable to obtain lock on device QQF0BFFD2
