If you say replace(*yes) on the QUSCRTUS API (I know, that was CL command syntax, but I hope you know what I mean), the original user space is put into QRPLOBJ and the new one is created. See whether the user spaces are ones you've made or if they were from IBM debugging, say. The text description tells you what they were. If they are yours, change your technique to deleting the old one first (MONMSG or equivalent), then create the user space. This will keep them from going to QRPLOBJ.

1.  QRPLOBJ is a secured library at our site.  Not only can I not delete
the *USRSPC objects, I can't even display them.  Our DBA staff has already
told me they're not in business to be cleaning up after messy programmers!
