Ok, I think I understand your problem now.  I have forwarded it to our help
team, and they will hopefully be contacting you soon.

As for your interesting quick, a related problem was reported to me just
last week.
I've already opened APAR SE19947 to track the problem.
The current plan is to put the fix into the next service of RSE after
5.1.2.4
