Additionally, most newer keyboards have a dedicated key for this
function that has a menu icon on it (between right-hand side windows
icon key and control key on my Dell Keyboard). It works in WDSCi for me.

I believe the accessibility key for the context (pop-up) menu is
Shift+F10.
