Hi Robin,

CL help is different from other languages, because the help is downloaded
automatically from the iSeries when you press F1 (and cached for speed for
future use).
The CL help will always go to the top of the help (sort of like pressing F1
on the title on the iSeries) - right after the CL's help TOC (where there
is links to the parameters directly).  This is the current design.
I have added improving this to position the user to the parameter's help
directly to our list of feedback & requirements.

Also, if you have a web connection, pressing CTRL+F1 will show you the web
page on the internet which is directly from the CL reference manual.

Sorry but I can't comment on DDS.
