This issue, and the response that it would be fixed "when RSE was
serviced", came up several months ago.  Do we have an idea of when RSE
/will/ be serviced?

If WDSCi is broken and the fix to RSE has been made, why not release
it instead of dealing with a long series of questions on CL prompting
and forcing IBM's customers to "work around"?
