Thursday of last week I noticed that my ALDON plug-in filters were not working. When I try to expand any of the filters or the default All Parts filter I get an error 'The application requester cannot establish the connection. (Not able to pass connection to server job. Prestart job could not be started.).' I have restarted a couple of times but it didn't help. I contacted Aldon tech support Friday but haven't gotten a resolution yet. Currently I'm trying to figure out how to remove the plug-in so I can reinstall it. Maybe that will help. However, I can't locate in the help text how to remove the plug-in. If anyone has experienced this issue before and resolved it please share what you did. Additionally, would someone enlighten me on how to remove a plug-in?
